Initiate Your Request
Log into your Towbars account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box along with the completed returns form.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
